3. License Terms

When you purchase a theme or plugin, you receive a license that allows you to:

Single Site License: Use the product on one (1) website/store
Multi-Site License: Use the product on multiple websites as specified in your purchase
Receive updates for the license duration
Access support according to your license tier

You may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, or share the product with others
Use one license on more sites than authorized
Remove or modify copyright notices or license files
Use the product in violation of Shopify or WooCommerce terms

4. Purchases and Payments

By making a purchase, you agree to:

Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
Provide valid payment information
Accept our refund policy as outlined below

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Themes and Plugins: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

The product has a critical bug that we cannot resolve
The product does not function as described
You have not downloaded or used the product

Custom Development Services: Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on work completed.

6. Updates and Support

Product Updates: We provide updates to fix bugs, improve performance, and maintain compatibility with the latest platform versions. Update access depends on your license type.

Support: Support is provided via email and includes help with installation, configuration, and bug reports. Support does not include customization, third-party integrations, or general Shopify/WooCommerce questions.

7. Platform Compatibility

Our products are designed for specific Shopify and WooCommerce versions. We strive to maintain compatibility with the latest versions, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party apps, plugins, or custom code. Please review product requirements before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All products, including code, design, and documentation, are owned by ShipShit Shopify and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use our products, not ownership of the underlying code.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our products for illegal purposes
Redistribute or resell our products
Use our products to build competing theme/plugin marketplaces
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code beyond normal use
Remove license validation or circumvent license restrictions

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, compatible with all configurations, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipShit Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or sales, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
